Day 1: Game viewing.
Early in the morning, our tour guide will visit your hotel in Kampala or Entebbe such that you are driven to Lake Mburo National Park. You will drive for about 4 hours to the park. Along the way, you will make a stop at the Equator in Kayabwe, take some photos and later continue on the Journey to Kiruhura.
The western side of Uganda has many hills. There are large cattle farms especially around Kiruhura. Upon arrival, you will check in your lodge, have some meals and later, you will drive to the park for a wonderful game viewing experience until evening.
Lake Mburo national park hosts several wildlife species, some of the species to expect during the tour include the reedbuck, bushbuck, hyena, cheetah, giraffes, zebra, antelopes, leopard, lions, warthogs, waterbuck, hippopotamus and many more. After witnessing the sunset, you will return to the lodge where you will be offered with delicious meals. There are luxury and budget lodges in Lake Mburo.
Day 2:Boat cruise.
Early in the morning, you will drive to the park for a morning game drive. The morning hours are great to witness the nocturnal and predators. After the morning game drive, you will be offered with breakfast and later, you will take a wonderful boat cruise where you will observe many bird species and hippopotamus.
After this experience, you will have lunch and later, drive back to Kampala to mark the end of this wonderful 2 day Lake Mburo experience.

Lake Mburo National Park is home to a diverse array of wildlife, despite being one of the smaller national parks in Uganda. The park’s varied landscapes, including savannah plains, acacia woodlands, and wetlands, support a range of animal species.
Zebras.
Lake Mburo National Park is famous for its population of Burchell’s zebras. These striking animals are often seen grazing on the open savannah and are a prominent feature of the park’s landscape.
Impalas.
Impalas are abundant in the park, and their graceful appearance makes them a common sight. They are often found in herds, particularly near water sources and in the open grasslands.
Elands.
The park is home to the largest antelope species, the eland. These large herbivores can be seen in both the woodlands and grasslands of Lake Mburo National Park.
Buffalos.

Topis.
